Description

This beautifully remodeled mountain condo is located 1 mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort. It offers comfortable new sofas, which are big enough for the entire family to snuggle up and enjoy a movie, favorite show, or just relax after a long day skiing or exploring the area. The gas fireplace is powerful enough to heat the entire space on cold winter days, and the large, flat screen has every channel you would like to stream. Beautiful, new hard wood floors run throughout the home, and the large picture windows let in loads of natural sunlight. A private deck is the perfect place to unwind in summer, and the large gas grill is accessible year-round. The spacious kitchen features brand new stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and granite counter tops, as well as every accessory needed to whip up a gourmet meal or quick snack. Seating for three at the bar and another six at the dining table makes eating together as a family easy.

The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk with a full-sized bathroom just across the hallway with tub/shower. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for guests to use.

Outdoor parking is just steps away from the condo, and ski equipment can be left just outside the door. With easy access to skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking and numerous other mountain adventures available in the area, this condo is the perfect place for your next vacation. Retreatia provides a free shuttle in the winter, plus there's a free city bus stop right outside the community.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Comfy furniture & beds, fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances & kitchenware, full size washer/dryer, high ceilings, gas fireplace, etc. It felt like home and we enjoyed everything about staying here. Note that the entry is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, but it was worth it to not have neighbors above and the high ceilings. The bus picks up close to get to the base of the ski mountain - it can be crowded at peak times but otherwise convenient & easy.
