Description

One of the nicest unit in the complex, this 2 bedroom condo has just been remodeled. The kitchen features new granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and pine cabinets. It's also stocked with everything you need to whip up that perfect family meal. If you're cooking you won't miss a beat, as the kitchen opens to a large dining and living area. The living area, features a new large, plush sectional sofa with queen sleeper and two arm chairs. The flat screen TV and gas fireplace both provide hours of entertainment. In summer, walk out onto your private patio and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the sun set over Emerald Mountain.

The first bedroom has two twin beds, large closet, large windows and flat-screen TV. The first full bathroom is right across the hallway from this bedroom. The large master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. It has a double closet, queen bed, large windows, flat screen TV and gorgeous en suite bathroom, with granite counter tops.

Without a doubt, this ski condo will fit your family perfectly. The complex is just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area / Gondola Square (5-minute walk). the Rockies has a large heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is also a sand volleyball court on the back.

*As of 2023/2024 Ski Season, this unit will have access to a 4 person Ski Locker located at the Gondola Base. The ski locker will be able to fit 4 pairs for skis or snowboards and it comes with boot dryers as well.

Great location, walking distance to the lifts and great amenities such as a heated pool and hot tub

Shuttle stop right there. Close to slopes if you want to walk there - just not in ski boots.

Walkable to Gondola. Patio has warmth of the afternoon sun

My two sons and I had a wonderful ski trip to Steamboat. Our condo had a great view with the warmth of the afternoon sun. The walk to gondola was fine- just needed to plan for a rolling 15 minutes.
