Timber Run is located just 1/4 mile to the ski area and has some of the best amenities in Steamboat, including three community hot tubs, a pool, sauna, fitness center, and tennis courts.

Timber Run 207 is a bright, spacious three-bedroom condo plus loft that can easily accommodate a large family or several friends. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a large table. The living area has a comfortable leather sofa and love seat, a large flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings, a raised-hearth gas fireplace, and a quiet private balcony. This is an end-suite with an exceptional amount of windows and skylights and features a cozy private office space with a mountain view

The main-level master bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom and a reading nook that overlooks the tennis court. The second bedroom on the main floor has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full bathroom just across the hall. The second floor features a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and vaulted ceiling. The loft has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with a separate sink area. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.

Timber Run amenities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a barbecue area with picnic tables, tennis courts, laundry facilities, private ski storage, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.

This condo was a large spacious condo with plenty of room for the whole family with everything you could possibly need! Great pool, hot tubs, and played pickle ball on the tennis courts. Walkable to events at the base of the ski mountain! enjoyed the 4th drone show, Fish Creek Falls, downtown, Alpine Slide and The local Moose! Thanks for the stay in your beautiful condo! We will book again!

Great house, great bathrooms, cozy living room and well equipped kitchen. Could have a glass window in upper level room to make it perfect (noise in the room caused by opening to living room generated issues to couple who slept there).

The condo was a bit small for 8 people to hang out but enjoyed the bedroom space. Unit needs updating and new kitchen pots/pans. Need to provide more towels for showering and hot tub.

Was a little nervous that there were no pictures for this particular listing but my worries were unfounded. Very nice condo for two families. Loved the pool and hot tub reservations and the shuttle to the mountain. Would stay here again.
