This beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Timber Run condominium is located in one of Steamboat’s most popular properties. This condo sleeps six, has a private deck, and is close to the tennis court, swimming pool, and outdoor hot tubs. It is also just a few blocks from Wild Plum Market, several restaurants, and the base of the ski area.

As soon as you walk in the door, you will relax in an open living area that offers just the right amount of space. Kick back on the plush sofa or in one of the cozy arm chairs and enjoy after a day outdoors. In winter, open the blinds and watch the snow fall through the large sliding glass doors. In summer, head out to the private deck for an evening cocktail. There is also a large, flat screen TV for entertainment.

With wide granite counters, bar seating for 3 and a kitchen table that seats 6, the large kitchen works well for group gatherings. It is well-equipped with all of the cooking utensils you need. You’ll enjoy the natural light and the beautiful valley views.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom directly across the hall. The sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for two.

With no stairs from the parking, this unit is convenient and is close to all amenities, including private ski locker, sauna, changing rooms, meeting space and guest lounge, shopping, dining and entertainment.. The complex also has one of the best on-site shuttle systems for quick access to the ski slopes and downtown.

World Class Stay at Retreatia!!

Everything about the trip was 5 stars! From the immaculate condition of the unit to the support staff, the stay was fantastic! Steamboat in the summer is a magical experience, but what stuck out to me was the kind hearted nature of the staff.

During my stay, another guest needed to do some coin laundry prior to leaving the next morning. After the guest asked a Retreatia team member for the directions to a gas station to get change; the team member reached in his pocket to provide change. Unfortunately, he didn't have any quarters. The team member proceeding to run into the office and ask all other team members for a quarter to assist the guest. They scrapped up the change and saved the guest a trip to the gas station and got him on his way with his laundry.

It feels good to stay somewhere that cares enough about their guests to go above and beyond because they care. Needless to say, we will be back to this unit next year!

Wow, so impressed with this condo and the property management. Condo was amazingly clean and so easy to check in and out. We would love to come back.
