After epic turns- ski, bike, or otherwise- stow away skis in the storage locker outside the door and hang your adventure gear on the functional hooks in the entry.

Enjoy comfort and cheer in the Primary Bedroom with a 2-sink ensuite bath. Kids both young and young-at-heart can bunk up with 3 twin beds in the second bedroom. Additional sleeping space in the living room on a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. This condo has the comforts and necessities of home with an upgraded in-unit laundry, remote-controlled fireplace*, two new Smart TVs, Bluetooth speaker, and WiFi.

The Rockies complex is located 400 yards, by a maintained walking path, to the West side of the Steamboat Base Area. Family-friendly amenities include an outdoor, year-round heated pool, two community hot tubs, and a BBQ grilling area. In the summer months, line up in friendly competition on the sand volleyball court or hop on the paved bike trail across the street. A no-fuss parking area allows ease of access into each building. Heading to town? Winter around town shuttles are on call for guests in the evening from 5P-10:45P.

This unit was stunning! Completed renovated and new with the most beautiful touches that made us feel so at home. Gorgeous decor and color scheme throughout with a well-stocked kitchen and nice bedroom and bath amenities. Practical phone/USB chargers accessible in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Retreatia as well for the outstanding support.

It is a completely remodeled unit, what an amazing job the owner(s) have done! Nice, clean, organized, thoughtful, quality finishing and housewares. The staff at Retreatia is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the stay.
