Live your ski dreams at Ski Trail 101! This Ski In/Ski Out, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo is a short ski to the hustle and bustle of the Steamboat Ski Resort. With gondola cruising overhead, you’ll be comfortably situated with easy access to the slopes and ideally located less than a 10 minute drive from the restaurants and retail of Downtown Steamboat.

As you enter this ground floor, single-level condo you’ll be welcomed into the open common area where kitchen, dining, and living areas make for easy oversight of family happenings. Down the hall are the three bedrooms - the large primary with a king bed, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, and another room with a queen and a full sized bed. The two shared bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Residence amenities include a dedicated ski locker right outside the front door.

Ski Trail Condominiums feature a community hot tub, two outdoor grills, and one dedicated parking space and a laundry room accessible on the side of the building when entering the parking lot. In winter months, Retreatia guests have access to the on-call, complimentary shuttle service. The free city bus stop is a short walk away.

Whether you’re spending your day on the slopes, cozying up by the fire, or simply enjoying the Rocky Mountains – Ski Trail 101 is the perfect base for your Steamboat vacation!

Really enjoyed Ski Trail 101. Came as advertised. We are a family of four with two teenagers. True ski-in and ski-out. Walked across parking lot and skied right down to gondola. Took Stampede green run and then skied right back. Very quiet at night and not loud at all. New appliances and kitchen well-equipped. VERY clean. Nice fireplace and ski boot warmers. Easy check in/ out. No issues or problems whatsover. Would definitely stay here again.
