Hop on the free City Bus at the entrance of the complex or take a short drive to enjoy the restaurants and shopping of Downtown. Year-round community hot tubs and a summer seasonal pool will top off your ideal Rocky Mountain stay at the Moraine Townhomes.

Enter the first floor after clipping your skis and hanging your boots on the dryers in the garage. Walk into an open concept living area ideal for gathering. Prepare meals with ample counter space in the well-equipped kitchen while engaging with family lounging by the fire watching the game of the week. Après Ski in a perfectly designed seating area, as you swap stories of the day’s epic turns with your favorite tunes playing over the Sonos sound system. In fair weather grill on the back patio and have dinner at the large dining table comfortably seating 8 with overflow seating at the breakfast bar.

Retire upstairs to the elegant and modern primary bedroom featuring a king bed, dedicated workspace, private patio, and primary bathroom with double vanities, shower, and soaking tub. The junior suite has a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. In the third bedroom a XL twin over queen bunk sleeps 3 with a private patio and shared bath. Lastly, bunk up the youngest or “youngest at heart” in the fourth bedroom with a twin bunk bed, Queen murphy bed that tucks away to a workspace, and Peloton exercise bike.

During winter season, Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary, on-call shuttle service. Ski, bike, and hike, dine, shop, explore, and experience the mountains from contemporary comforts of Moraine 1444.

Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked at this complex. 1444 Moraine worked very well for 9 of us with bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and living area. We were excited to be promised a garage but found a car already parked inside making it un-useable. We also found one bed without a sheet.

Would I recommend...probably.

Our group loved this vacation rental. Everything was thoughtfully laid out. We came for mountain biking and the bike storage in the garage made our weekend. The pool was great for the hot days but the house stayed cool in the evenings. The location was close to stores and only a short drive to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home.
