Welcome to EagleRidge Lodge, where the perfect location meets comfortable mountain accommodation. This 2-bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom condo is a short walk to the restaurants, retail, and activities of the Steamboat Ski Area and Gondola. A quick drive will put you in the center of the happenings of Downtown Steamboat. Elevate your stay with the plentiful amenities of the EagleRidge community including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, and fitness facility.

This single-story, spacious, and bright condo is situated just beyond the entrance to EagleRidge Lodge. As you enter the condo, you’ll enjoy the open-concept living area allowing for spending quality time together. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the comfortable living area with Smart TV. The chef in the family can easily prepare meals with ample counter space in the fully-equipped and updated kitchen. Belly up to the breakfast bar to fuel up for the day or swap stories over a meal at the dining table with seating for 6. Unwind in the mountain air on the patio overlooking the pool area

After the day’s adventures retire to the primary bedroom with a queen bed, in-room TV, and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to the bathroom, with a tub and shower combo off the den. Additional sleeping space is tucked away in the den with a convenient and space-saving queen Murphy bed. This property has a washer and dryer and a dedicated, private ski locker.

Rental guests have one-parking space and access to the looping, winter-season Ski Area shuttle. Retreatia guests will check in at the Retreatia office and will be directed to the Retreatia Front desk for all guest service needs. December-March guests have access to the Retreatia on-call in-town shuttle.
