Ideally located less than a half mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort, you can hop on the free City Bus at the entrance of the complex or take a short drive to enjoy the restaurants and shopping of Downtown. Year-round community hot tubs and a summer seasonal pool will top off the perfect Steamboat vacation at the Moraine Townhomes.

Enter this townhome on the main floor and be welcomed into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with lots of space for the family to gather. Cozy up by the fire, turn on the Smart TV, and lounge in the comfortable living area with ample seating. The large, fully equipped kitchen supports multiple family chefs and features stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. The large dining table seats 8 with space for 3 on the kitchen island. In fair weather, BBQ on the back patio and dine al fresco in the fresh mountain air. Stay awhile and work from the mountains at the dedicated desk and workspace.

Unwind after a fun powder day in the upstairs primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a small patio with sunset views. The ensuite primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanities. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and down the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle, both bathrooms have access to the shared bathroom with tub and shower combo. The junior suite has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The laundry room upstairs makes for a convenient amenity.

The heated garage can fit two vehicles with parking for an additional vehicle in the driveway. Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary, on-call shuttle from December through March.

This home is exceptionally clean, well stocked, has great amenities and is in a great location. There were plenty of fans and windows to keep the home cool during the summer. We had a lovely time and hope to return soon! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Very homey, comfortable, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Since the kitchen was so well stocked we were able to do most of our meals at the house. It's a lot bigger on the inside than it looks like from the outside. Having four bathrooms was very convenient for 7 people staying here.

Great townhome in a great location! Spacious and fit our group of 7 just fine. Super close to the free bus route that takes you to the base of the resort. House was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. to cook meals, and the grill was a nice. Would definitely stay here again!
