My family had the most amazing stay at the Boathouse. This condo is simply amazing with all the luxury amenities you can expect. There were so many little detail items in the condo that we are going to incorporate into our home. The views from the living room and deck simply cannot be beat. Being right on the Yampa River was incredible and I found myself out on the deck every chance I got. We loved staying downtown and within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The Boathouse will definitely be our go-to lodging anytime we are in Steamboat.

Words can't describe the beauty of this home! Prime location in downtown Steamboat, close to all of the restaurants and bars. This beautiful home sits on the Yampa River with gorgeous views to Howelsen Hill as well as the Ski Resort. The home is equipped with everything you will need for a long relaxing stay, including a private hot tub that's located on the lovely deck. Check-in process was very easy and the complimentary shuttle was a great service that Retreatia offers. We used the shuttle to get to and from the Ski Resort. Very happy with our stay and we will be back!

We are regular Airbnb travelers and would rate The Boathouse condo as one of the nicest, luxury, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The condo was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The condo was also located in the heart of downtown Steamboat which was handy since we were a few steps away from dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops. Our host Retreatia was communicative and extremely helpful in giving us advice on places to go and was available at all times to answer our questions are concerns. We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable and safe. We loved every minute of our visit.
