Description

This three-bedroom, split-level townhome on the mountain is the perfect place to get away.

Conveniently located less than a quarter of a mile to the slopes and steps away from the free city bus stop, this townhome is the perfect place to book your next Steamboat vacation. The open living space, warm wood accents, and natural light that pours through the large windows and sliding glass doors will make you never want to leave. The living space has a large sectional and side chair to kick back on in front of the wood-burning fireplace and a large, flat-screen TV. Board games, tabletop corn holes, and computer monitors are provided for even more entertainment. The sliding glass doors lead out to a private deck complete with a new, large, private hot tub and the bar in between the dining and living space is the perfect spot to lay out the apres ski appetizers. The kitchen has been updated and has all of the appliances and accessories you need, and the dining table is large enough to comfortably seat 6.

All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The expansive master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and large, en suite bath complete with a walk-in shower, soaker tub, and walk-in closet. the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A second bathroom with a tub/shower is just down the hall.

There is a large two-car garage with plenty of room for skis and other equipment. Just off the entry from the garage is a good-sized mud room with a bench and plenty of hooks to hang all of your gear. there is also a full-sized washer/dryer on this floor.

DISTANCE TO SKI AREA: 0.5 Miles (10-minute walk to base or 5-minute walk to ski trail)

DISTANCE TO FREE CITY BUS STOP: 0.1 miles - down the driveway and just to the left of the complex. 14-minute ride to the base area on the Green Line.

DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN: 3.5 Miles

It’s very comfortable, spacious and has some great remodeled touches in the kitchen and master bathroom. You can’t beat the location and private hot tub.

We had all the amenities we could ask for and were within a 5 minute drive to downtown. The master bed and bathroom are gorgeous. The private hot tub after a day of hiking felt like a slice of heaven. I definitely recommend this place!!
