Description

You will be completely relaxed in this beautifully updated three bedroom condo at The Lodge. Centrally located, this condo is just steps away from The Lodge's pool and hot tubs, and the base of the ski area is a quick, one block walk.

The unit had new flooring installed throughout in Summer '23 and the newly appointed kitchen is bright and cheery. It features all appliances, including a dishwasher, and quartz countertops. In addition to the breakfast bar that seats 5, the dining area has enough space for the entire group, seating 8 around the table. With this much space to gather for a meal, you won't get up until all the days' adventures have been shared.

The living room has a comfy leather sofa, two arm chairs, a gas fireplace, and exposed wood beams on the ceiling. The balcony provides the perfect retreat to take in the fresh mountain air. A private ski locker is conveniently located outside the front door to keep ski gear out of the condo and out of your way.

The master bedroom features a comfy Tempurpedic King bed with new blackout shades along with an attached bathroom. There are two full-size beds in the second bedroom and an additional full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin over queen bunk beds, new shades and an attached bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The Lodge Winter Shuttle Hours of Operation: 8 am to 10 pm. From 8 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 5 pm the shuttles will be looping from the property to the base of the mountain every 15 minutes. There will be on-call, as needed shuttles for trips from the property to destinations around Steamboat Springs City Limits from 5pm to 10pm - The shuttles will operate on an on-call as needed for destinations around Steamboat Springs City Limits.

We loved this condo so much! It fit all 5 of us perfectly (with plenty of room to spare). It was a three-minute walk to Steamboat Gondola in ski gear and the condo was well-equipped with all the necessities. The king-sized bed was pretty firm, test it out to make sure you don't want to sleep in one of the other beds before you commit to that one. We love a firm mattress- but as a side-sleeper, my hips were sore by the last day. Though that could have been due to the skiing. ;-)
We loved this location, the hot tubs, the pool, and the condo so much! We'll be back!

Came into town for a family wedding and had a great stay! The 3 Bedrooms w/ each having it's own bath helped get everyone ready at their own pace and the pool was a great amenity! Having a water loving 7 year old, it was the best way to keep him entertained and tire him out too. Great visit! We'll be back!

We had a great stay in Steamboat. The Lodge fit our needs well. Condo was clean and had good kitchen supplies Had a black bear and her 3 cubs behind the condo one morning! Only downside was the single parking permit that was allowed by Retreatia. We had multiple vehicles with family from different locations so another pass would have been nice.

First time I have stayed in a home/condo rental and there was actually sufficient dishes, pots, pans, blankets, etc. It was like having the conveniences of my own home. Not the usual 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 forks and knives. Unit was clean and spacious. Easy distance to lifts and village center. Could use some new carpet in living area.

The Lodge is not managed by Retreatia. When we needed a box of tissues, the front desk directed us to an offsite location. We did not get it. We would have preferred a unit managed by whoever manages the front desk. One sore point. The pans were not non-stick. We had to go out and buy brillo pads after making eggs to get the pans clean.

The capacity for 9 of us was just right. The views from the property were excellent. Right in the heart of the main resort area. Easy access to roadways and venues! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in steamboat springs Colorado!
