Description

Just a few blocks from the ski area, this spacious, multi-level townhome offers five bedrooms for ultimate privacy but plenty of open living space, plus a large deck with a private hot tub where the entire group can gather.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk through the door is the space. The large great room with cathedral ceilings, huge picture windows, and an open kitchen and dining area are the perfect landing spot after a day of travel or recreation. The sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and large, flat-screen TV will make you want to settle in immediately. The living area leads out to a private deck with a private hot tub, gas grill, and seating for six. A half bathroom is right next to the kitchen. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor. In this room, you will find a king bed, seating area, en suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the deck/hot tub.

One level down is a roomy, second living area/media space. A second 60-inch flat screen TV, cozy sofa and chairs, and wet bar with mini fridge, make this the best room to escape to for movies and games. This level has two bedrooms, both with twin beds. The full bathroom with shower/tub is in the hallway and a spacious laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is in the back.

The top floor of this townhome has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and ceiling fan.

This unit also has a large, 2-car garage with ample storage for all your summer or winter gear. And if you need more space to relax, there are also two community hot tubs.

We loved this townhouse! Lots of room upstairs for everyone to gather, but also room to spread out for private space. The private hot tub right off the dining area door was amazing! Great beds, and bedding, couch is comfy! Check-in and check out was simple, and I highly recommend Valley Transport for airport shuttle! They were on time, answered the phone every time I called, and very helpful with needed information. We used the Vacasa shuttle and never waited more than 15 minutes (usually less than 5). If we needed to schedule a pick-up for dinner reservations, we used the Retreatia Shuttle app, and it was great. It’s also a 7 minute, easy walk to the Wild Plum for extra groceries. I hope this townhouse is open for our next trip because I would definitely stay here over and over!! I highly recommend Retreatia, Merlot Mountain and Valley Transport!

Great check in and check out process. Nice neighborhood and comfortable townhome. Lots of room. Would rent again. Steamboat was amazing!

We absolutely loved staying here - it was a close commute to the mountain and it had enough space to accommodate all three families plus kids! The only cons is that the Vacasa shuttle is not overly reliable because it’s difficult to get them on the phone however, Retreatia is fantastic! The kitchen needs a bit of love - the pans were extremely worn making cooking a bit difficult, the cutlery sets were tiny and the dishwasher was a two person job because it’s not sitting flat. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay!!
