Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary on-call winter shuttle service for ease of scooting around town or getting to the base of the mountain. Year-round community hot tubs and a summer seasonal pool will top off your Steamboat vacation at the Moraine Townhomes.

As you enter this multi-story townhome kick off your boots and stow away your ski gear in the custom cabinetry at the entry. Head up to the heart of the home and gather in the stylish, yet comfortable living room with a large Smart TV, fireplace, and sleek bar area with an ice maker and wine fridge. The large, well-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream with full inventory and ample counter space for snack-grabbing and food prep. Serve up a meal at the large dining table seating 6 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Grill out and enjoy the alpine views from the patio off the living area.

Rest is important after a day of epic turns or high-altitude trails. Upstairs there are two primary bedrooms, both with king beds, a reading chair, and private patios. The top floor primary has an updated ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combo, while the mid-level junior suite has a beautiful, large walk-in shower. All bathrooms and the entryway have heated tiles to keep your toes warm in the winter. The downstairs bedroom accommodates a small family, the kids, or the kids at heart with a king bed and XL twin over queen bunk, ground floor patio, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. Host a game night with the plentiful board games, puzzles, and Nintendo Wii provided for friendly competition. Additionally, a seating area with a twin day bed and the laundry room are located on the lower level. Stay cool during the summer months as the unit recently had A/C installed in the top three levels.

The entry area has easy access to the heated one-car garage, with additional parking for one vehicle on the driveway, and there are several visitor spaces throughout the complex.

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great porches and big tv's! Great location to town, golfing and ski area!
