This was a very comfortable home for the 6 of us! Each of us had our own bedroom with cozy beds and bedding. Plenty of space in the main area of the house where we hung out most of the time. Open and bright living, dining, and kitchen area. Instructions were thorough and clear. Cleanup was a breeze, with us only having to start the dishwasher, close all windows, and take trash to the bin in the garage. Plenty of extra pillows, bedding, and towels were provided. Home was clean! We would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay! I have 4 grown kids and 8 grandkids, there was plenty of room. The townhouse was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen and patio was able to seat the whole family for meals and the 5 bunkbeds made it a blast for my grandkids to sleep together. It was in the 90"s during our stay. There were plenty of fans to keep the air moving and a great pool to play in to cool off. Our garbage disposal broke during the middle of our visit and was repaired immediately. Great service amd excellent experience for my large family!

Retreatia is the easiest and most reliable company I have booked with! Amazing house and amazing staff. The check-in was seamless, and the check-out was too! The view from the house was amazing, and the house was very clean and perfect for myself, and my large group.

Great location with easy shuttle to the slopes. Walking distance to village without ski boots on and easy drive into downtown. Nice location for sure! Spacious - easily and comfortably slept two couples and seven young adults.

I could have easily given this a 5 out of 5 in the rating, but we had some issues with communication and supplies in the lodge that kept me from giving it a 5/5. The location and space itself were incredible. We were within walking distance, and that was amazing on it's own. With 11 people, 5 of them being couples, we were each able to stay in our own room which was nice for privacy. The living space wasn't huge, but was good for our group. We had 4 cars in total and were told several different places we could and could not park, just for all of that to be incorrect based on what was given to us in the info sheet we were given when we checked in. We were told we only had spots for 3 cars and should park at the Ice Arena before arrival, and then when I asked about this at check-in they said we could maybe fit 3 cars at the property, or we'd have to do paid parking at one of the sheratons nearby. Then when reading the info-packet it said we could park any additional cars into the "Overflow parking" - which is what I assume the parking passes were for. So lots of miscommunication/misinformation around parking. This wasn't a huge problem at the end of the day, but definitely wasn't a "nice" thing to try and figure out when we're just arriving for vacation. Then we had issues with the garbage. We had 11 people, and were staying there for 7 days. In that time we can create a lot of garbage. We ran out of garbage bags on the very last day, but also were told in the info to "Put out the trash no later than 8am on Friday morning" - we did this, but had to bring the garbage back in at around 4pm as it had still not been picked up. We took it back in because we had seen racoons in the area and didn't want a bigger mess due to wildlife. When I tried contacting retreatia about this, it took almost 3 hours to get a response and the response was just to leave it out, which we opted not to do past 4pm. All-in-all though it was still a good experience as they said the housekeepers would just handle it when they arrived. I feel bad having left all of that for them, but again was unsure what else we could have done. We were also limited on supplies that were at the lodge and would have expected to see more things given there were 11 of us and we were staying there for a week.

Mountain View was so perfect for us! We had a group of 15 ladies for a getaway and the kitchen/living room/dining room was ideal for a big group to all gather and feel together. We all slept comfortably in the many bedrooms and were happily surprised by how close the free bus was from our place to get down town quickly. Would definitely come back!!
