Escape to the mountains at Paloverde! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, multi-level townhome is the perfect landing pad for your Steamboat vacation. Located 1.2 miles from the restaurants, shopping, and recreation of Downtown and 4 miles to the Ski Resort, you are ideally positioned for all your Steamboat adventures. With a private hot tub and plenty of space to gather and retreat, Paloverde covers all of your mountain vacation needs.

Set your luggage and ski boots at the door and enter into the spacious heart of the townhome. Cozy up by the fireplace on the large comfortable couch, turn on the game of the week, or choose a board game for friendly competition. Stay engaged in conversation while preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with ample counter space. The dining table seats 8, with space for 4 at the breakfast bar, and is meant for sharing moments.

As the day’s adventures come to an end, retire to the top floor, primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and large shower. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed share a large bathroom with two vanities and a tub and shower combo. Downstairs are two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a bathroom with a stall shower.

Paloverde has a two-car garage and space for one car to parallel park in the driveway. In the winter, Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary, on-call shuttle service- however, a vehicle is highly recommended for ease of getting around town. This home is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just down the road from Steamboat’s iconic Fish Creek Falls- thank you for being a good neighbor during your stay!

A vehicle is recommended for this property due to limited public transportation service and to ensure you get where you need to go when Retreatia's winter shuttle has longer-than-usual wait times. 4WD or AWD are best for winter conditions.

Spacious, Well Appointed, Neighborhood condo

This property had plenty of space for the 6 adults and 4 kids in our party.

The hot tub was probably the best maintained I have ever seen at a rental.

The only negative thing I have to say about this property is it's proximity to Fish Creek Falls road, there is quite a bit of road noise here when sleeping with the windows open in the summer, may not be an issue in the winter.

We celebrated my Mother In-laws 87th Birthday with 3 Generations of women and friends. The spacious house was so accommodating for everyone. We all loved our beds, the Queen Bunks were a bonus and so comfortable. We did utilize the kitchen and it was perfect for making meals for a large group. It does have a hot tub, but we didn't have a chance to use it, we did go to Strawberry Hot Springs for a treat. The house is close to town for shopping, great restaurants and the Farmer's Market. It's also a short drive to Fish Creek Falls for a quick hike to the waterfall and beyond. We highly recommend this property and Retreatia. They were very professional in all their correspondences and reminders of your upcoming staycation. They made it easy to check in, read what they send you to make your stay more accommodating.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us to be together or enjoy our own zen time. The large dining room table was perfect for family games/puzzles and tons of laughs. The hot tub was perfect especially after a good hike up Fish Creek Falls. Only downside to this property is that it is in a corner of what seemed to be a fairly busy road, and with no ac in this unit, leaving the windows and screen doors opened the traffic noise was at times a bit annoying. Other than that this place is great for large groups, close to town and to many fun activities. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend!
