ideal location. closest without being ski-in/out. literally 5mins to the gondola. spacious and the community amenities (hottub, heated pool, and sauna) were perfect

This place is a two minute walk from the mountain, grocery store and bus stop.

The amenities were nice, the property staff were helpful and courteous. Location was walking distance to the gondola. Only hiccup was the parking situation - They guartantee you one garage spot, and the other requires a permit given to you that if for a very small first-come-first-serve lot. Our group was fine with this, but it was obviously a problem for other vacationers.

Very nice condo. Excellent location. The building is a bit dated, but the actual condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. You can't beat the location. There is a path that allows you to ski to the street in front of the Phoenix.

This is located in a perfect spot for staying and touring around Steamboat Springs. The pool and hot tubs are great for after a day of site seeing, etc. The big area inside club house was great for a large group like ours (32 people) for group dinners. There was plenty of supplies to get us going in kitchen (coffee filters, papertowels, etc) The rooms were all good and comfy. Unfortunately, the wifi went out on the last two days due to some construction to building outside - only problem we encountered.
