Description

This newly remodeled, two bedroom condo at The Pines is located on the top floor of the building, and conveniently situated between town and the mountain. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything no matter the season.

The Pines is directly on the bus route and walking distance to City Market, Ski Haus, The Ore House and the Central Park shopping center. It's also just two blocks from the Core Trail bike path and a short, ten minute walk to Fetcher Pond and the Yampa River.

As you enter the condo, the first thing you'll notice is the new hardwood floors that lead straight into the open kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick appetizer or full meal, faces the living area, so you won't miss a beat if you're preparing food while everyone else is sitting on the sofa watching the game. Open the drapes to the sliding glass door and watch the snow fall or gaze up at Mt. Werner, where the soft glow of the night skiing lights beckons you to play. In summer, the balcony provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine.

The master bedroom is on the top floor complete with en suite bathroom and shower/tub. The second bedroom is on the main floor, with two twin beds. The bathroom is just down the hall across from the large laundry room, complete with full sized washer/dryer.

The complex is also conveniently located right next to the largest shopping area in Steamboat, Central Park Plaza, which includes WalMart, City Market, Central Park Liquor, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. In addition, it is on the free city bus route making it convenient for guests to get to the ski area in just 3 minutes or catch a ride to downtown in just 5 minutes.
