Wonderful and welcoming private end unit. Conveniently located at the heart of everything Steamboat has to offer. Wonderful decor and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great for any gathering. Absolutely loved it! Will definitely want to stay again and again!

We had 5 people from 2 separate families in for 3 nights. Plenty of room and privacy for the 5 of us and there was plenty of space for more people. Great open modern floorplan, new furniture and VERY clean.

Location is great with easy access to the ski resort and historic downtown. Easy and convenient flyfishing access if that is your thing. Large community hot tub is a one-minute walk and the hot tub is large, new and clean.

This is a great place in a great location for any season. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Steamboat!

This place is awesome! Perfect for our family of five plus 3 friends. Everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen is AWESOME! Great for preparing whatever you’d like. The best part was the large communal living space on the main floor. We spent most of our time hanging out together there. Location is excellent, within walking distance of many great dining options and a cool marketplace. Highly recommend!

We have found our favorite place to call home when we stay in Steamboat! This place feels very private the way it sits. Each bedroom features its own bathroom which is helpful when everyone gets ready for the day. The laundry is conveniently situated upstairs close to all bedrooms. The huge open concept first floor is a wonderful place for all to gather. The kitchen is more than equipped to make any kind of meal that you want. There is plenty of seating for all and this place is beautifully furnished. There is a nice deck and grill outside as well. This place is close to ski lift, bus services, shopping and restaurants. We have voted to make this place our Steamboat home away from home!

My family loves going to Steamboat every year to ski and we will come back to this property. The location is super convenient to the mountain and downtown. The furniture feels new and everything is very clean which is important to our family. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need when you aren’t eating at the nearby restaurants. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We recently celebrated a friend's 40th birthday at The Enclave, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our group of four adults and five children felt right at home in this beautiful and spacious townhome. With three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone to relax and unwind.

Convenient Location:
The Enclave is perfectly situated less than a mile from Steamboat Resort, making it easy for us to enjoy skiing, biking, and hiking. We appreciated the nearby free City Bus stop, which allowed us to easily access town for some of the best dining options. The shuttle service was an added bonus, taking us directly to our favorite restaurants without the hassle of driving.

A True Mountain Retreat:
From the moment we walked in, we felt the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area made it easy for us to gather together, cook meals, and share laughs. The mountain-inspired décor added to the charm, creating a relaxing environment that truly felt like a home away from home.

Activities Galore:
We took full advantage of everything the area has to offer! A leisurely walk brought us to picturesque trails, and we even took a short drive to Strawberry Park Hot Springs for a rejuvenating soak. After a day filled with skiing adventures, we loved unwinding in the community hot tub under the stars—it was the perfect way to end the day.
