Stash your gear in the dedicated ski locker, kick off your boots, and enter this 2-story condo after a day of adventure. Enjoy the warmth of the fire as you prepare dinner in the galley kitchen while overseeing the happenings at the table for 4. Tune into the game of the week or step out on the patio for fresh air and Rocky Mountain vistas. Send the rest of the crew upstairs to relax and watch a movie in the loft.

End your day and retire to the primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and full bed with access to a shared bath featuring a tub and shower combo.

The Rockies complex is located 400 yards, by a maintained walking path, to the West side of the Steamboat Base Area. Family-friendly amenities include an outdoor, year-round heated pool, two community hot tubs, and a BBQ grilling area. In the summer months, line up in friendly competition on the sand volleyball court or hop on the paved bike trail across the street. A no-fuss parking area allows ease of access into each building. Heading to town? Complimentary, on-call shuttles are available for Retreatia guests in the winter months.

My family of four had a wonderful time in this condo during our ski vacation! We would stay in the same property again if we return to Steamboat. The condo was well maintained with a nice view of the mountain. This was our first visit to Steamboat, and this property had some unexpected perks:

1. The outdoor pool was warm and useable in the winter! We swam in it twice.
2. Hot tubs were easy to access , and there were bathrooms to change out of wet swimsuits.
3. The bus stop for the free city bus to the ski area (purple line) was twenty feet from the door. Easy ten minute ride drops you off right in front of the ski area.
4. Retreatia offers their own free shuttle service from 8:00-10:45. You schedule free rides using an app. We used it several times for rides to dinner and downtown.
5. Ski locker was just outside the door, and easily fit gear for 4 people.
6. The upstairs has a huge loft with a separate sofa, chair, and television for the kids.
7. Gas fireplace, oven, washer/dryer, refrigerator worked great. We especially loved the fireplace and used it every day.
