Located on the top floor of the Rockies complex, this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your next Rocky Mountain getaway.

The modern industrial cabin design ensures you'll relax the moment you walk in the door. A plush sectional sofa and cozy recliner beckon you to prop up your feet a unwind after an active day outdoors. The stone hearth frames a gas fireplace that can take off the winter chill. There is also a large, flat screen TV for your evening entertainment. The vaulted ceiling makes the space feel much larger than it is, and the sliding glass door lets in loads of natural light. Grab a cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage and head out onto your private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful sunset over Emerald Mountain.

With the open living concept, you are never far from the action. The kitchen features all new stainless appliances and quartz countertops, plus everything you need to whip up a large, family-style meal or a quick snack. The dining room table seats 8 people and there is room for 3 more at the kitchen bar top.

Just down the hall from the living area, the first guest bedroom has a queen bed and vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is just across the hallway. The Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings. A second bathroom is also just outside the door. Both bedrooms views of Emerald Mountain. Up the stairs you'll find the third bedroom, complete with a new queen over queen bunk bed, two closets, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, new couch and private bathroom with tub/shower. All the bathrooms have been remodeled.

Other amenities you'll find with this property include: 3 evaporative coolers, one for each of the bedrooms; two new smart TVs, a private ski locker just outside the front door, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, sand volleyball court, and community grills..

The Rockies is about an 8-10 minute walk to the ski area, and the free Steamboat transit bus stop is adjacent to the first building.

It's a great condo, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was it's on the third floor. However, the hot tubs were close enough that we went down almost every evening to soak our tired bodies from the day on the slopes.

Very cute and well decorated space . Had everything a family maybe looking for. Only suggestion would be to block out the loft windows so it doesn’t get so hot every day. Otherwise it was perfect

This was a great place. Had plenty of space for our family. Conveniently located close to the base as well as downtown. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs!

Nice place, plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Would have been nice if reception offered up 2 parking passes in the beginning since that was available. We were up for a volleyball tournament and enjoyed our weekend away.

We had a great time staying here. Very spacious with enough room for a family of five. Parking was really nice and spread out compared to other places we have stayed at. Location was close drive to downtown and other places. Pool and hot tub were really nice also. Look forward to coming back!
