Description

Welcome to our adorable garden level studio plus loft condominium at the Rockies. The clean and cozy mountain design plus vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with Emerald Mountain views create a spacious and inviting space. The living area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable furnishing, including a queen size sleeper sofa. The galley kitchen has all of the appliances you need and counter seating for three. The full bathroom is on the main floor, a crisp, clean feel with tiled bath/shower and vanity. The wrought iron spiral stairs lead to the loft bedroom, which has a large, king size bed. A sun shade on the upper picture windows keeps this condo cool in summer and allows for a great night's sleep any time of the year.

This condo is perfect for couples or families with small children.

The Rockies complex is just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area/Gondola Square (5 minute walk) and features large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is a sand volleyball court out back.

The unit comes with a private ski locker just outside the door.

This cozy little condo was a good spot to catch a shuttle ride to the base. The walk was rather long if you were carrying gear with little kids. The shuttle service that is complimentary was a great alternative, though. I enjoyed the app that was provided. The hot tub was one building over so you do have to walk maybe 100-150 yards to the pool and hot tub. The king bed was really comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it is all you need. Overall, we were really happy with the property management company, Retreatia!

This studio was perfect for me and my 2 friends. We only spent a couple days in it, but it had everything we needed! It was very clean and cozy. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Has everything you’d need. Storage locker was great for snowboards at the end of the day! Within walking distance of gondola and lifts.
