Description

The first thing you will notice when you step into this condo is the cathedral ceiling. The open floor plan and huge picture windows pull your vision up and out toward the mountain. It's easy to see from the first minute why so many people choose to call this place home. You'll never want to leave once you settle into the cozy couch, turn on the gas fireplace, prop your feet up, and watch a game or a movie on the flat-screen TV. In summer, head out to the deck to soak in the views and the fresh mountain air.

On the first floor, the updated kitchen with new cabinets, sleek black appliances, and granite countertops has everything you need to make a meal, whip up a quick snack, or bake a homemade pizza. Bar seating for 3 provides enough room for everyone. Because the kitchen is open to the living area you won't miss a thing if you are the one who's cooking that evening. The bathroom with its slate floor, updated tile, and tub/shower is perfect for two to four. The bedroom is located at the top of the spiral staircase, and a new queen bed with a cozy comforter provides a great night's sleep. The queen sleeper sofa has space for two more.

The complex has a heated pool and 2 hot tubs. During the summer there are grills outside as well as a sand volleyball court.

Great value considering the location, amenities, and quality of the unit!

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was comfortable and quiet and was the perfect place for my time in Steamboat Springs. Highly recommend!

Great location to bus for skiing, clean & affordable. Would not want to do the stairs with ski gear, which would have been required if we didn't have a vehicle to store gear in. We had friends that couldn't visit us in the condo due to the stairs. Younger crowd for spring break made using the hot tub unappealing.

The place was clean and very conveniently located to the hill. It had a few minor issues but nothing that interfered with our stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay - it was clean, easy to access, and a great location. However, the bed was not fully made upon arrival.
