Description

Make Steamboat home base for a couple days or a couple weeks! This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at the Rockies is the perfect launch point for mountain adventures located a short walk to the Steamboat Base Area, a quick drive into downtown, and near a free city bus stop. Family friendly amenities enhance your stay and include an outdoor, year-round heated pool, two community hot tubs, and BBQ grilling area.

Hang your skis at the door, kick off your boots, and unwind in the cozy living room. Log into your meetings in between powder turns at the desk or fuel up for the day at the breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a great meal, enjoyed together around the table with seating for two. Breathe in the mountain air and share stories outside on the ground level patio.

Rest your tired ski legs in the comfortable bedroom with a king bed and closet and dresser storage. A shared bathroom in the hallway has a shower and tub combo. There is additional sleeping accommodation on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The community coin-operated laundry facility is available for use in the clubhouse.

The Rockies complex is 400 yards, by maintained walking path, to the west side of the Steamboat Base Area. In the summer months, line up friendly competition on the sand volleyball court or hop on the paved bike trail across the street. A no-fuss parking area allows ease of access into each building. Heading to town? Complimentary, on-call shuttles are available for Retreatia guests December - April.

Great condo. Nicely equipped and very conveniently located. Would stay again! Only negative which would easily be remedied, is the blinds in the bedroom dont block the light from street light right outside the window. We ended up putting a blanket up to make room dark. Would recommend owner/management company use a shade instead of those blinds. But that wouldnt stop me from staying again!
