Description

This multi-level 2-bed/2-bath condo is the perfect place for a family or friends ski vacation or summer getaway in the mountains. With just a short walk to the Thunderhead chair lift and Right-o-Way run, avoid the crowd at the base and get on the slopes sooner! More experienced skiers also have the option to ski out directly to Right-o-Way. This unit includes parking for two vehicles and an on-call shuttle is provided during the ski season.
The living area includes a large 'smart' flat-screen TV and gas fireplace with access to a quiet balcony. The large master bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king bed and attached full bathroom, as well as its hallway entrance door. Behind an impressive barn door off the living room lies the second bedroom. Although most condos in Steamboat do not have an AC option, this unit includes an “in-room”-type AC system with instructions for set-up and use. The community includes a private ski locker to store your gear, a sauna, and a coin-operated washer and dryer located next door to this unit. The community pool and hot tub are open during Steamboat Resort's ski season and during the summer from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Loved this place!! Unit had everything we needed and we loved being able to walk to the base of the mountain within 5 minutes! Rented a car which made it easy to get around the town for walmart or shopping downtown and hot springs. We only used the main floor but it would have been great for a family with adults wanting the privacy of a master bedroom downstairs. The outdoor pool that you could swim from the inside was also great as was the hot tub. very convenient that a coin laundry is right next to the unit - we were happy to do laundry after sweating on the slopes.

Great location for ski weekends. We liked the ease of walking to the Thunderhead lift and access it provided.

We appreciated the hot tub for after skiing.

Lots of snow allowed us to ski home from Thunderherd lift! Shuttle was dependable and on time when we used it. This is a 2 story unit, with master downstairs. Allowed for some privacy for adults. We will definitely be back!

Very nice Lodge and condo. Great location for me, so close to the Thunderhead ski lift. No driving back and forth to the ski hill. Very quiet area.
