DIRECTLY across the street from the slopes, this recently updated studio loft has the most convenient access plus an economical price. In less than five minutes, you can walk to the slopes, restaurants, shops, and all the base area activities.

This ground-floor condo with private access and no stairs has everything you want for your next Steamboat vacation. A beautiful river rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and ski area views highlight the space. The owner has meticulously updated the property with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and wood paneling on the ceiling and walls. A new sofa sleeper and side chair plus a large, flat-screen TV are the perfect places to sit and relax after a long day outdoors. In summer, enjoy the crisp evening air and a glass of wine at the bistro table on the private patio. The upstairs loft/bedroom can be partitioned off for privacy or left open for a more expansive feel. There is also a small desk/office space for adults to check in and kids to have their computers. The half bathroom at the top of the stairs completes the space.

After a long day on the slopes, store your skis in the ski locker (just steps away in the main foyer of the building). When you are ready for an apres activity soak, step into the elevator and head to the newly remodeled hot tubs to ease away the day's aches and pains. The complex also has a sauna and full-sized washers/dryers.

*So close to everything, no car required! Airport shuttles from Yampa Valley or Denver airports; 2-minute walk to the slopes; 4-minute walk to the closest restaurant and city bus stop. Retreatia Shuttle is available from 8 am to 10:45 pm to take you to grocery stores, downtown, ski rental stores, etc. Save yourself the exorbitant cost of a rental car and let us do the winter driving for you.

Our favorite part was the proximity to the ski resort. We were there to ski/snowboard and being able to walk across the street and clip in was amazing. The place is perfect for a couple. Due to there not being a bedroom we wouldn’t have wanted to share with anyone else. The hot tubs were a great amenity. We would stay here again if we came back to steamboat!

The property itself was great! Unit was lovely for our family of 3. The parking / shuttle situation was a bit inconvenient.
