This great 1 bedroom condo is located in Storm Meadows 1, right off Right-O-Way ski run and just 2 minute walk to Ski Time Square, near the shops and restaurants. The unit has a King bed in the bedroom.

This 500-square-foot condo features a full kitchen and is perfect for a Couple. The furniture emphasizes the mountain feel combined with flat-screen TVs in the living area and the bedroom. The cozy gas fireplace with amazing stonework adds to the relaxing atmosphere of the unit. There is a balcony right off the living area, where you can enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery around you.

Please note: this hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the fifth floor. The elevator services floors three through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

Convenient for skiing. Easy walk out and ski right in. Comfortable cozy condo with everything you need. Good value for the money. Would have been perfect if elevator went to bottom floor. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a hard day skiing.

This is a great place if you are a ski enthusiast. Everything related to that sport is super close. The only thing that is not correct is the hot tub. The hot tub is shared by everyone in the building. The title is quite misleading. Also, it can be loud at night even though there is a quiet ask in effect.

Fantastic location. Ski on and off in mid-March. Very large space for a one bedroom made for easy storage of ski gear. Would definitely return.

Very nice unit with great access to the slopes. The walk to the slopes is less than 5 minutes and on return you can ski right up to the building. The management company was very flexible and accommodating. This place is a great value. We'll be back here soon. Parking can be a little tight, but we found that to be the case only on Saturday.

Very good property. The ability to ski back is fantastic. The check in communications were a bit confusing, and we are very experienced VRBO customers. That said, the office was very accommodating. We had a great stay.

Great location and furnished very well with a fireplace in the unit. Only thing i would add is you can hear neighbors but nothing that bothered us too much as we were exhausted from activities we would just sleep through it.

Clean and close to the slopes Hooray for Retreatia who accommodated me on a very short notice. After what I suspected was a scheduling glitch, Retreatia made good with this alternative. The unit I-440 was very clean. Nice TVs and plenty of Wifi. I liked the proximity to the slopes. Ski In (to the slopes) is a walk down 75+ steps then up a small hill. Not really better than taking a shuttle. The Ski out (to the room) was great and only 15 steps up to the locker. Very nice after a long day. Check in and out was a breeze and everyone was super friendly. Will definitely try Retreatia again in Steamboat.
