Description

You'll relax the moment you enter this cozy two bedroom condo at Timber Run. The leather sofa (which is also a queen sleeper sofa) and arm chair are the perfect place to kick back after a long day on the mountain in any season. A cozy gas fireplace plus large and flat screen television with DVD player provide plenty of entertainment. This condo also features a private patio where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The dining area has a large table with seating for six, and the fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The large, master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen television and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a two twin beds and an additional full bathroom just across the hall. The unit also has a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area for additional sleeping capacity.

Amenities at Timber Run include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, sauna, a BBQ area with picnic tables, tennis courts, laundry facilities, and ski storage.

This condo has parking for 2 vehicles.

Three guys for a NCAA + skiing weekend. This place worked perfectly. Everything was as advertised with comfy beds and couches. Shuttle was reliable but an easy walk to the ski area too. We could not get the 'cable TV' (it's Roku streaming) to work for NCAA games so purchased an app but to be fair, we didn't call for help. There was no key for the ski locker in the unit but we didn't need it. I will also say that the responsiveness of Retreatia was shockingly good when we were arranging our check-in. Would definitely rent this again.

This was the perfect stay for a girls weekend. We loved the shuttle service to the mountain and the on site hot tub. The furniture was comfy.

I was pretty pleased with my stay the condo was good and had all the amenities needed. Shuttle was quick and the conditions were great. Love Steamboat

Basement unit with walkout porch and 2 stair flights down to unit. Do hear people above you. Across the parking lot from 3 hot tubs, pool, sauna area. Kitchen fairly well equipped w/ crockpot, coffee maker. Heater in twin BR did not work; Retreatia brought over space heater. Laundry area right outside unit's exterior. Older complex but unit has been upgraded. Retreatia shuttle takes you to/from ski base area (8-5). Half mile walk to Wild Plum store.

The place was just as described in the listing. The only problem I would say is that if you're going to say you can sleep six the sofa bed in the living room really needs a new mattress. It's really down to the springs. The size of the condo was great. It was lovely to have a laundry facility right outside our door and it wasn't that expensive. We probably use the dryers everyday as we used the hot tubs everyday. The complex tried very hard to keep the snow down to a minimum in the parking lots but when you get 30 in of snow over the weekend I can see where it's tough. Having the shuttle was awesome we used it basically every day. The kitchen was well equipped with all the pans and dishes you need could use a few more pieces of silverware. All in all a great place to stay and would recommend this if you're taking a trip out to Steamboat.

Great addition to the trip!
