Description

You will love this two bedroom, two bath unit in Timber Run, one of Steamboat’s most popular condo complexes. This condo sleeps six, has a private patio, and is close to the tennis court, swimming pool, and outdoor hot tubs. It is also just a few blocks form the ski area.

The perfect place to stay with kids, this condo has an open floor plan with hard wood floors in the entry, carpet in the living area, and beautiful slate tile in the kitchen. The comfortable sofa and love seat have all the room needed to relax after a day outdoors as you watch the game on the flat screen TV or turn on the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall through the large sliding glass doors.

The kitchen is clean and well-equipped with all of the cooking utensils you need. The dining table has seating for 6 with three additional seats at the bar. Through the sliding glass door is a small private patio/outdoor area where you can sit and relax after a day outdoors.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with one sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom directly across the hall. The sleeper sofa provides additional space when needed.

Other amenities include: VHS/DVD player, private ski locker, sauna, changing rooms, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Retreatia was very accommodating on late check in due to road closures, providing a mobile check in and assisting over the phone at 11pm when the door code did not work. Shuttle service was great to and from the slopes. Unit is a little outdated but was comfortable.

We love staying at Timber Run. It’s close to the base, shuttle runs quickly, walking distance to my favorite restaurant. (Apres Burger) The unit was good for our needs. I felt like the kitchen had everything we needed.

Nice apartment at Timber Run. First floor facing the parking lot.
Comfortable beds, we’ll stocked kitchen. It was very hot weather so we used the fans to try to cold off the apartment. Good place for the price.

Great spot for a family vacation. Not fancy but gets the job done. The unit itself is pretty warm. We loved the convenience of the shuttle.
