Renovated in Fall 2022. This spacious 3-bedroom condo offers nearly 1,500 sq. ft. of living spanning two levels. Located just three blocks from Gondola Square, and steps away from the shuttle, you are in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Steamboat Springs has to offer. This is the home base for families, friends, and groups to gather while still having privacy (private bedrooms/ baths upstairs and down).

The unit features recently remodeled bathrooms, new lighting, heating, and ceiling fans, and a brand-new in-unit laundry room. The vaulted ceilings and skylights offer an abundance of natural light.

The first floor has an open kitchen layout with all of the amenities you need to feel at home, including granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, while the living area has a gas fireplace and cozy furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with direct views of the mountain and gondola. This condo offers flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and board games for your enjoyment.

There are two bedrooms located upstairs, with a second full bathroom to serve guests in both bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the second offers a full over full bunk bed and a trundle.

Timber Run amenities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a barbecue area with picnic tables, tennis courts, private ski storage for each condo, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.

Returned for a second annual stay. Just as good as before. Well maintained unit in quiet complex. Easy shuttle access to ski slopes. Nearby municipal bus stops for transportation to town.

Perfect place for us. Plenty of room for 8 people. Felt very spacious, especially having 2 floors. It was really nice to have a small washer/dryer in the unit. We all loved the hot tubs and the kids loved the pool. Unit was easy to access. As far as pots, pans, etc. the kitchen was well stocked so we could easily cook a lot of our meals there and there were several grocery stores really close by.

Great stay!! You won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend this condo! We have stayed at many units in Steamboat and this one is our new favorite. The location was perfect, with an easy (and reliable) shuttle to get to the resort. So easy, my kids navigated it by themselves. The unit itself is very clean (clearly it was recently renovated), cozy, fully stocked kitchen (we made many meals), and multiple hot tubs to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. The town of Steamboat is also easily accessible- just a short drive away (or short shuttle ride away). Over all we had a great experience and we will be back!
