The condo was great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids 8 and under). I imagine it being a bit tight for older groups of our size, but it worked well for us. The amenities were great - we had plenty of housing supplies / toiletries, the complex pool was great, and the complex has weekend events that made it more fun for our kids. The view of the ski slopes were spectacular and super close access to the base. It also takes less than 10 minutes to get to the old town area, so can get just about anywhere under 15 minutes.

The only issue we had was with the management company - all were quickly resolved, but did cause a little frustration upon check-in. We arrived about 30 minutes early for check-in and they seemed annoyed by this - I knew we were early, just came to get the packet and keys so we could get to the condo at 4:00. There was a minor maintenance ticket that hadn't been completed at this time and the office person's response was "Um. It's going to be a while before you can go in." not really offering up a better solution. Which after traveling with 3 young kids, wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear at check-in. After further conversation, they realized the maintenance team was already there and to just give them an additional 30 minutes, which was totally fine. However, once I got the 'all clear' to go into the condo, we figured out that they gave us the completely wrong keys - as in, not even for the same complex. They sent someone very quickly to swap with the correct ones, but just another point of frustration right off the bat.

All was fine shortly after check-in and the condo itself was great. Just thought it would be good to give the whole picture.

Great location! Great amenities! Great access to walking trails! Great everything! Everything with the condo itself was great and as advertised and is worthy of the 5-star review. Read your instructions thoroughly as keys are picked up at a different location from the unit, instructions are very detailed, which was very helpful and appreciated.

However, I cannot say the same for the property management office when there was a check in emergency. That warrants a 1-star rating.

We loved this condo! It was clean and comfortable. The amenities were so nice. The location was unbeatable. We could easily walk to the base of the mountain, shops and restaurants. Plus the access to the bus was so easy. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay there again!

The condo was clean, modern and very comfortable for 4 adults. The property was well maintained and the pools and hot tubs were fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a great location! You need to go to a different location to grab your keys first, and then over to the actual condo, so just be aware of that. I'm sure I didn't read thoroughly, so that is on me. One parking spot is guaranteed, but an additional spot very close by was given to us at the help desk, which was great! Cozy and comfortable condo that met all our needs. The pool and hot tubs were an added bonus, and we will definitely stay again!
