Description

This 3-bedroom Torian Plum condo is at the Base Area of the Steamboat Resort. In the heart of the happenings, enjoy powder days, great restaurants, retail and rentals outside your door. Head into town to experience the Western Spirit of Main St - just a short drive, winter shuttle, or City Bus ride away. Torian Plum's amenities include a heated pool, hot tubs, fitness room, garage parking, and Front Desk.

Once through the door you will be greeted by the large functional kitchen leading to the spacious living area with large TV. Through the sliding door from the living room is the balcony with views of Mt Werner‚ peak and the slopes leading down, if you needed some motivation to strap on your ski boots, just take a look outside!

This condo has three bedrooms, the primary features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds.

Our resort adjacent properties are always the first to sell out for our peak seasons, so please contact us if you are looking for the perfect ski holiday location because availability will not last!

As stated in another review, this unit is in serious need of new furnishings. The dining table chairs are falling apart and the table itself was very unsteady. The carpet needs to be replaced and new lighting is needed in all bedrooms, including the master. It was very dim with no overhead lighting, just a few small lamps. The master bedroom curtains were see through and the rod was duct taped together so it just kept falling down when I would try to open them. Our dryer didn't heat but after several service calls a new element was installed but the lint trap is falling apart. The hot water heater isn't large enough for a family of 6 to take quick showers right after each other. The couch has tears/rips. However, the location is great!! Easy access to the slopes, food, etc. and the Vacasa shuttles come quickly and take you anywhere in town! So convenient. We will travel back to Steamboat, but would not stay in unit 201 again.

Layout of the condo was good. Location to ski in and ski out was great. Master bath has been updated, very nice, although had to run a space heater in there the whole time. Carpet needs replacing and kitchen table/chairs needs to be replaced as well. Mattresses on beds were so so although the 2 twin beds did not have mattress protectors under the sheets. The humidifiers did not work and when I complained to Retreatia about it, the girl on the phone said she would tell housekeeping about it the next day but I never heard from anyone. The night before we were to leave, a repairman came to fix the clogged drain in small bathroom tub and took 2 non-working humidifiers with him and brought back 2 brand new ones in about an hour. Thank you to the man who called me back at Retreatia that actually got the needed repairs taken care of. Repairman also took photos of the dining chairs that were falling apart. We had to place bath towels on them to sit without snagging our clothes. I have photos as well, wish I could add them to this.
Also, the lighting in the bedrooms especially master, is terrible!
Shuttle to downtown was top notch! Very quick and courteous drivers! Windows in the whole unit looked like replacement windows that did not fit well and leaked cold air, and the unit had not been cleaned well. A waste to bring bathing suit to go in the hot tubs from this condo too, don’t bother, long walk away. I should have chosen the Creekside location of Torian Plum.

Everything was fantastic except for the money we spent the mattresses could be much better. I would return if I knew this was taken care of.

The location is as amazing. However, the cleanliness of the unit could’ve been better. The chandelier and light fixtures in the common space were dusty and full of bugs, the ventilation in the bathrooms were super dusty. The knives were so cheap - we could’ve cut ourselves. We both work for hotels and really felt like there was a lack of attention to cleanliness and amenities. But I guess you can get away with that being such an amazing location. We would definitely stay here but a different location.

This condo was in the perfect location. Close to the slopes, close to dining/shopping options, and a shuttle to take you to town if needed. We were very pleased with the size of the condo and how well the kitchen was stocked.

This was a very roomy condo with a very convenient ski in/ski out location close to everything. It had all the amenities of home and the staff was extremely courteous. We look forward to returning to this property in the future!
