This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a half mile from the Ski Resort, around the corner from a local bus stop, and a short drive to the happenings of Downtown Steamboat. Add a little more fun to your stay with access to the Yampa View community hot tubs and exercise facility.

Stow away your skis in the private ski locker, hang your snow gear in the entry storage, and take in the sweeping mountain views in this bright single-story residence. After a day of epic turns, relax together in the comfortable, yet contemporary living area. Stay engaged with the chef in the family as meals are prepared in the well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space- enjoy dinner around the dining table seating 6 with space for 3 on the kitchen island. Take in the sunsets with panoramic vistas of the Yampa Valley.

Retire for the night in the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two full beds with a shared bath in the hall. The small, cozy bunk room is perfect for kids with a twin-over-twin bunk- this is a non-conforming bedroom. For guest convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Heading to town? Winter ski area shuttles loop daily from 8A-5P, and around town on-call shuttles are available for Retreatia guests from 8A-10:45P December through March.

Amazing views and the shuttle to the Steamboat Resort was the best. The drivers were friendly and it made it so easy to get to and from the mountain!!!
