This beautiful three-bedroom condo is the quintessential mountain retreat. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops has everything you need for preparing meals and entertaining your family and friends. The dining table seats 8 and the bar seats 3, so there is room for everyone. The living area features beautiful leather sofas (one of which is a sleeper) and an armchair, which are the perfect place to watch the TV or cozy up in front of the fireplace. The natural light from the large picture windows warms the room and keeps everything nice and bright. With the open-concept living space, you can be seated anywhere in this area and not miss a beat. In summer, head out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air any time of day. The table seats four plus there is an additional hand-carved wood bench that seats three.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bath and flat-screen TV. A private balcony off the master bedroom is the perfect place to relax while having your morning coffee. You will be swept away walking into Dulany at the Gondola 206! This is hands down one of the nicest units in the complex! Second-floor unit, which walks out right to the sidewalk, no stairs to climb or elevator to use. The hot tubs, gas grills and gas fire pit circle are right around the corner from your unit. With inviting warm woods, metals, and slate adding the perfect ambiance to your home away from home. The entry has hooks on the wall, shelves, a bench and a closet for everyone's gear. The hallway takes you to the main living area with an open floor plan to be part of the action even if you are cooking in the extremely well-equipped kitchen. The light granite counter tops, combined with the wood, and iron of the cabinets and the black appliances give it a lodge feel. Sitting down for dinner at the large dark wood dining table that seats 7 will be your favorite time of the day. For music lovers, there is an iPod speaker dock in the living room, as well as the flat screen TV, with DVD player. There are even plenty of games to play, for after dinner fun. The leather couch and love seat are so comfortable you may never leave them. If you must work there is a desk off to the side of the gas fireplace. Outside on the covered balcony overlooking Burgess Creek and the landscaping of the property. You can enjoy it any time of year at the table and four chairs. You can see the top of Mount Werner past the surrounding buildings.

From there the Master bedroom is right off the living area with the main balcony access as well as a private deck. The King bed has a carved wood headboard, flat screen TV, DVD player, large closet equipped with a safe, and a separate vanity sink from the toilet and glass enclosed shower, with bench.
