The first floor hosts an extremely large bedroom, meant to be an efficient apartment, with a queen bed and full over full bunk beds, its full private bathroom, and kitchenette, and additional twin trundle bed. The second floor has an extra large master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and TV. The second bedroom has a twin over-queen bunk bed with a private bathroom. There is also a twin bed in the loft area that overlooks the living room.

The condo has A/C on both floors for those warmer-than-average summer days. You'll also enjoy access to a private, one-car heated garage and additional covered parking at the complex.

The Phoenix is situated on Apres Ski Way just opposite the gondola, and mere steps away from Wild Plum Market, the Beer Garden, Burger Bistro, and several other shops and restaurants. Perfect two bedroom three bathroom ground floor unit. Whether you enter from the one car garage or the building entrance, you will feel right at home in this great mountain condominium. Take a load off on the living room sectional sofa, and watch your favorite TV show, sports game, or a movie on the large flat screen TV. Not in the mood for TV, there are plenty of games in the entertainment center. Chilly winter days turn up the gas fireplace, warm summer days open the private balcony door to bring in the fresh air. Out on the covered balcony are chairs to enjoy the serene surroundings. Overlooking the pool, hot tub, picnic area, common yard, and grilling stations you have a great view of the action.

Just on the other side of the living room is the dining room with a table to seat six, and four bar stools at the kitchen island. Having the kitchen right next to the dining room makes it easy if you forgot to grab anything. Fully equipped with black and stainless appliances, well stocked for all the meals you will be cooking. Still being part of the group, while cooking in the kitchen with it being open to the living and dining rooms. There is a full bathroom in between the garage and the kitchen. The stacking washer and dryer are at the bottom of the stairs on the way towards the bedrooms.

For the master bedroom, there is a king bed, closet, flat screen TV, a door to access the private patio, a vanity sink, and a full bathroom. In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds. A closet, vanity sink and full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.

The Phoenix complex features fantastic amenities!! One of the Best properties in Steamboat Springs. It is a five-minute walk to the base area and Mount Werner, and just four miles from Downtown the Heart of our great little town. This is one of the best vacation spots on the mountain.

If you’re looking for a fabulous place to stay while you take advantage of all the spectacular activities Steamboat Springs has to offer…look no further! This recently built unit is at the end of a new cul-de-sac and gets very little noise or traffic. Free bus service on the Steamboat Springs "Purple Line" to and from the base area stops close by every 20 mins.

Sleeping arrangements make this unit perfect for three couples or 2 couples with kids. It will sleep 8 comfortably in beds, but there is also a sleeper sofa in one bedroom to accommodate a small child. In addition to comfortable sleeping, this home features an open floor plan with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen featuring a granite breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. The living room has a stone gas fireplace and opens to the newly constructed spacious patio with a BBQ grill and dining furniture. The upstairs bunk bedroom provides a TV nook as a great separate hang-out for kids with its flat-screen TV, DVD player, and games.

A full-size washer and dryer are also located upstairs so you can pack a little lighter if you’re willing to do mid-week laundry. Free, high-speed wireless internet access is available in the unit for those who cannot leave work behind. Ski storage is provided in the attached garage. The city bus picks you up at the entrance to the townhomes which is a 2-minute walk. Or you can walk to the base of the mountain in about 10 minutes. The seasonally heated swimming pool is very well maintained, quiet, and open from the end of May to the end of October. The two hot tubs are open year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking staples and equipment if you elect to stay in for lunch or dinner instead of enjoying one of Steamboat’s many excellent restaurants.
