Just through the kitchen, on the main floor of the condo, is the master bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom is just outside in the hall. With a door that locks off the stairs and bedroom, you can enjoy a private retreat even when family is running around below.

There is no AC in this unit, but there is a small portable swamp cooler located in the master bedroom, which can be plugged into the wall socket directly beneath the window.

The Pines is directly on the bus route and walking distance to City Market, Ski Haus, The Ore House and the Central Park shopping center. It's also just two blocks from the Core Trail bike path and a short, ten minute walk to Fetcher Pond and the Yampa River.

More experienced skiers also have the option to ski out directly to Right-o-Way. This unit includes parking for two vehicles and an on-call shuttle is provided during the ski season.
The living area includes a large 'smart' flat-screen TV and gas fireplace with access to a quiet balcony. The large master bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king bed and attached full bathroom, as well as its hallway entrance door. Behind an impressive barn door off the living room lies the second bedroom.
